Our pasture-raised Katahdin market lambs enjoy a happy life in the pastures and vineyard of the Compton Family Farm, where we take care to raise them in a safe, healthy environment. The finished product is a mild tasting (not gamey!) and flavorful meat which is lean and high in nutrients.

Live Lamb
Our “lamb on-the-hoof” is the purchase of a live lamb. This is a great option for people who prefer to process their own meat.

Pick-up and Delivery
Lambs will be 10 months old and processed late January 2023 and ready to be picked up about a week after processing.
